From your logo to custom greaseproof, without the usual hassle.

Choose your size, tell us what you need and send us your artwork. We prepare the proof, you approve it, and we take care of production and delivery.

STEP 01

Choose your size and quantity.

Start with how you are going to use the paper. Our standard sizes are:

297 × 210mm 335 × 335mm 406 × 225mm 500 × 335mm

Not sure which size you need? Tell us what you are serving and how you want to use the sheet and we can help point you in the right direction.

Need another size? Send us a bespoke enquiry and we can look at the requirement separately.

STEP 02

Choose how you want to supply your artwork.

There is more than one way to get your branding onto the paper.

Option A — Print-ready artwork Already have finished artwork? Send us the print-ready file and we will check it before preparing the proof.
Option B — Send us your logo Send us your logo and tell us how you would like it repeated or positioned. We can prepare a straightforward layout for approval.
Option C — Not sure what you need Send us your logo, brand colours and a brief. We can help establish the right direction before the job goes to print.

Print options: 1-colour or full-colour, depending on the specification you choose.

STEP 03

We prepare your artwork proof.

Before anything is printed, we prepare your artwork for the selected sheet size and send it to you for approval.

Check the logo, colours, positioning and overall layout. If something needs changing, tell us before you approve it.

Production only starts once the artwork is approved.

STEP 04

We print your greaseproof.

Your custom greaseproof moves into UK production once the artwork is approved.

Standard production is normally 5–7 working days from final artwork approval. Subject to production capacity, an express 2–3 working day service may also be available.

If you have an event, opening date or other fixed deadline, tell us before ordering so we can confirm what is achievable.

STEP 05

Choose the delivery route that suits the job.

Standard UK delivery For normal orders where you are working to the standard agreed production and delivery schedule.
Urgent / deadline-led orders If timing is critical, tell us the required date before ordering. We will confirm the fastest production and delivery route available.
Larger or bespoke deliveries For higher-volume or bespoke jobs, delivery arrangements can be confirmed as part of the quotation.

STEP 06

Reorder when you need more.

Once your artwork and specification have been established, repeat orders should be much simpler. Tell us what you ordered previously and we can work from the approved specification.
