Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Branded Greaseproof, operated by EPS Elite Packaging Solutions Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms together with any policies referenced below.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to purchases made through our website, by quotation, or through another ordering method agreed with us.

If you are ordering on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to place the order on its behalf.

Nothing in these terms affects any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Products

Our products include bespoke and custom-printed greaseproof paper and related items manufactured to customer-approved specifications.

Product images, mock-ups and digital proofs are provided to help illustrate the intended appearance of the finished product. Minor variations may occur as part of normal printing and manufacturing processes.

3. Quotations and Prices

Prices shown on our website or provided by quotation are based on the information and specifications available at the time.

Any applicable VAT, delivery charges, express production charges or other agreed costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed before the order is accepted.

Quotations are subject to any validity period stated on the quotation. If no validity period is stated, we may review the quotation if the specification, quantity, material costs or other relevant circumstances change before the order is placed.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the products specified.

We may acknowledge receipt of an order before formally accepting it. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or otherwise begin processing the order for production, subject to any required artwork approval.

For custom-printed products, production will not begin until the artwork approval requirements in our Artwork Approval Terms have been satisfied.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms shown at checkout, on the relevant invoice, or in an agreed quotation.

We may delay production or dispatch where payment is overdue or where payment has not been successfully received.

If you are purchasing as a business customer on agreed credit terms, payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.

6. Artwork and Customer-Supplied Content

Artwork may be supplied by upload, email or another method agreed with us.

By supplying logos, artwork, text, images or other materials, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use them and to authorise us to reproduce them for your order.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final proof before production. Full details are set out in our Artwork Approval Terms.

7. Artwork Approval and Production

We will provide a proof for approval before production where a proofing stage applies.

Once you give clear final approval, you authorise us to proceed with production using the approved artwork and specification.

Production may begin immediately after approval, particularly for express orders.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellation request made within 24 hours of final artwork approval will only be possible where production has not already started.

Once printing or manufacturing has started, cancellation or alteration may no longer be possible because the goods are being produced specifically to your approved specification.

Further details are set out in our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

9. Bespoke and Personalised Goods

Custom-printed products are made specifically for the individual customer and cannot reasonably be resold to another customer.

We therefore do not normally accept change-of-mind returns for bespoke or personalised goods.

This does not affect rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

10. Production Times

Our standard production timeframe is normally 5–7 working days from final artwork approval.

Where agreed and subject to capacity, an express production service of approximately 2–3 working days from final artwork approval may be available.

These periods are production and dispatch estimates rather than guaranteed courier delivery times unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

11. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, estimated timings, remote-area charges, address responsibilities and other delivery matters are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Please tell us before ordering if delivery by a specific date is essential so we can confirm whether that requirement can be met.

12. Colour, Positioning and Manufacturing Tolerances

Digital screens and printed materials reproduce colour differently. Unless an exact colour-matching standard has been specifically agreed with us, minor colour variation between a digital proof and the final printed product may occur.

Minor variations in print position, cutting, dimensions, finish, shade or other normal manufacturing tolerances may also occur.

Nothing in this section allows us to supply goods that are materially different from the specification you approved.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, incomplete or materially different from the approved specification, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please provide your order number, photographs and a clear description of the issue so that we can investigate promptly.

Where a problem is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include a reprint, replacement, partial refund or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable legal rights.

14. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of intellectual property that you supply to us, subject to the rights you grant us to use it solely as needed to prepare proofs, manufacture your order and administer the transaction.

We retain ownership of any intellectual property, templates, systems, processes, artwork elements or materials created or owned by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may refuse to reproduce material that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights or is unlawful.

15. Website Information and Obvious Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and prices are accurate.

If an obvious pricing, specification or technical error is identified before the order is accepted or produced, we may contact you to correct the error and give you the option to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel the affected order.

16. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, courier failures, power or communications outages, industrial action, supply-chain disruption or other similar events.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where practicable.

17. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

For business customers, and to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of opportunity arising from an order.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent that it is fair, reasonable and legally enforceable in the circumstances.

18. Consumer and Business Customers

Some legal rights differ depending on whether you purchase as a consumer or in the course of a business.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

If you are purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes, the provisions specifically stated to apply to business customers will apply to you.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will apply to future orders from the date it is published.

The terms applicable to an existing order are those in force when the relevant contract was formed, unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.

20. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

21. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

22. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, your order or any of our policies, please contact Branded Greaseproof using the details provided on our Contact page.
